Payments & Pricing
All prices quoted are Ex Factory and through bank guarantee. We accept payments through Direct bank transfer, Purchase order and LC (Bank Guarantee).
Shipping & Delivery
The delivery times for normal orders are 6-8 weeks. If in some instance, we have to procure material, the delivery times will be 10-12 weeks. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If the order has not been shipped then you will be able to cancel it, given that it is an in stock item. Partial shipment of your order is available at an additional cost. Returns & Replacements
If any item arrives you in damaged condition caused by the carrier, NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY as we only have Ten (10) business days from the date of receipt to process your claim, and resend your items. Otherwise you may have to take your claim directly with the carrier. In case of a faulty good due to manufacturing process, please notify us within 2 weeks time of the order receiving date. After this time we will not be held responsible for the faulty goods.
